me: man, i don’t want to work these sunday afternoon shifts anymore.
dad: tell him you can’t work on sundays. say you have to to go to church, to make up for all the years you lost.
me: ehhhhh, he wouldn’t believe it.
dad: tell him you have a problem with your eyes.
me: a problem with my eyes?
dad: yeah, say you can’t see yourself coming into work anymore.
